A NEW PEACE.
WOMEN'S CONFERENCE [ORGANIZED] BY THE WOMEN'S INTERNATIONAL LEAGUE FOR PEACE AND FREEDOM.

My dear Mrs Paige --

On the assumption that Miss Lloyd may be on her Xmas vacation and I am sending some material to you which I should be glad to have placed in the top drawer of the filing case nearest my little desk under the blue file marked [International] W.I.L.P.F.

How are the Christmas preparations going on, my heart quite yearns for old H.H. as the time draws near and I find it a little hard to go off to the north countries at this moment. We leave tomorrow night (we [meaning] Miss Marshall from England, Mde Mélin from France and J. A.) to visit various people in Sweden, Norway and Denmark arriving on Xmas eve. Do write me a letter c/o the International House 55 Gower St London or c/o Hotel Continental Paris where I arrive about Jany 6" [page 2]

I am quite frantic for all the news possible and I do hope that all is going on well in our complicated house. I seem to find no time as yet for writing [but] shall settle down in London or Paris and write reams to all of you.

Always devotedly yours J Addams
