June 28th, 1910.

Dear Miss Addams:-

The Board of Directors of the Chicago Association of Commerce, at its meeting June 27th, by recommendation of the Executive Committee, unanimously elected you an honorary member of this Association.

It is very gratifying to me to thus be able to carry out the wishes of the members of the Ways and Means Committee as expressed at a meeting held April 20th, at which you were present, favoring action of this kind; and it is my hope that in thus honoring ourselves we do to some extent give added honors to you in the great and useful work which you are carrying on in Chicago.

Respectfully and sincerely yours,

Homer A. Stillwell [signed]

President.
THE CHICAGO ASSOCIATION OF COMMERCE.
Miss Jane Addams,
