The Conference on Limitation of Armaments is listening to public opinion. A special [subcommittee] of the Advisory Committee has been appointed to receive and report that opinion. Letters and telegrams should go to Col. Wm. Boyce Thompson, New Navy Bldg. No. 6, Washington, D.C. Urge:

1. That the Hughes program for scrapping battleships and for naval holiday be not reduced.

2. The abolition of [submarines].

3. The outlawing of poison gas.
