My dear Miss Osgood:-

Will you kindly send a statement of the expenses incurred by Prof. Commons and yourself that our local section may reimburse you? I think we have made a very good start, and there is no reason why we should not bear our own expenses.

I was sorry not to see you Sunday morning. I came down about three minutes after you had left the House.
