BERLIN. W.
d. 14. December 1920.
Dear Madam,
I have read with great interest your article in the "New Republic" of November 24th "Feed the world and save the League". As my principal interests are the two questions which you bring into contact in your article, and whose intimate connection I also am trying to make public opinion here understand, I take the liberty of sending you, through Miss Balch, my proposals for a "True League of Nations" and a small pamphlet which I have published on the starving children of Berlin. I should be very happy if I could meet your approval.
I remain, dear Madam,
Yours most sincerely
Harry Kessler. [signed]
