February 14, 1918.
My dear Miss Wales:
Miss Addams has asked me to acknowledge to you the stamps to cover the copy of "Women at the Hague", which came several days ago.
Miss Addams was much interested in your suggestion in reference to the President's fourteen propositions and said that she herself had been thinking of something along this line. I think she will probably write to you when she returns to the city. She has been kept very busy this Winter speaking for Mr. Hoover's Food Administration Department and he has sent her to the most remote corners of the country -- from Florida to Colorado. She is going to spend the month of March in California.
Very sincerely yours,
Executive Secretary.
Miss Julia Grace Wales,
209 West Gilman Street,
Madison, Wisconsin.
