Catherine Breshkovsky to Jane Addams April 18, 1917

April 18th, 1917.

My wagon rolling May 7th.

Beloved and esteemed Jane Addams,

Dear and Faithful friend: --

It would be necessary to write a book to relate the events I passed through some two months. I am engaged in a work you fulfilled many years, making a propaganda over all my large country. I profit of the confidence of my people to tell the truth on the war and the general assemble that will take place after the war comes to its end. We hope these two facts will have place this year (1917) if all goes well. Our friends (French and English) can be sure on our desire to be with them now and in the future. I kiss your hands and all your friends.

(Signed) Cat. Breshkovsky.
