CARROLL S. PAGE, VT., CHAIRMAN

United States Senate
COMMITTEE ON TRANSPORTATION AND SALE OF MEAT PRODUCTS

Washington, D.C.
February 7, 1916.

Hon. William Kent, M.C.,
House Office Building,
Washington, D.C.

Dear Congressman Kent:

I have before me the volume entitled "Women at The Hague" which you have so kindly sent to me. Really, friend Kent, my committee work has been for some time past, and is now, so strenuous that I hardly have time to eat and sleep but I have a very high appreciation of Jane Addams and I am going to take this home to my hotel and place it at the head of my bed where I can try to steal an occasional moment to devote to it.

Sincerely yours,

C S Page [signed]
