Elizabeth Glendower Evans to Mabel L. Hyers, December 2, 1915

12 Otis Place, Boston
December 2, 1915.

Dear Miss Hyers:

Miss Addams wrote me that the $50. which I sent to the office, had better be sent to me direct to Dr. Jacobs in Amsterdam. Later in the same letter she said that other money was about to become available for the Amsterdam office [page 2] so that perhaps I had better use the money for some other Peace work. From that I presume that the $50. check for of Dec 1st had best be remitted to Amsterdam -- & as to further remittances, I will wait until I hear farther from Miss Addams. What a woman, and saint she is.

Yours sincerely

Elizabeth G. Evans.
