Description

A sampling of articles and photographs from the Ida M. Tarbell Collection, including facsimiles of the correspondence between Margaret Sanger and Ida Tarbell about the issue of birth control in the United States and a character study of John D. Rockefeller that was written for McClure’s. Many of the documents listed here come from unpublished manuscripts and letters, others have been out of print for decades, and some are from Allegheny College publications.
