My Dear Miss Addams:-

My daughter, Ruth, is a Junior at Vassar College, and at a "Progressive Rally" there during the present week, was called upon, on an hour's notice, to get up and deliver a stump speech on the issues of the Campaign, of the ideas of your good self. I thought you might be interested in what the young lady was able to do on such short notice, and take the liberty of enclosing a copy of her remarks. Frankly, we are quite proud of her effort.

Sincerely yours,

Jos. M Wile [signed]
