Bet Broome & Delancey Sts.--the place is a little difficult to find but I am sure that my friend Miss Wald whose lives nearby would be charmed to help you find it. She is in the Nurses Settlement 265 Henry St. My Mexican vase is much admired and all [page 2] the residents wish to go to lecture in Iowa [although] I tell them there is but one Mrs Sax there.
