My dear Miss Breckinridge: --

Will you please read the enclosed letter and tell me what you think of the five hundred dollars from Chicago. It seems to me quite impossible.

Miss Ovington wants to come on and work up the meeting for Mr. Villard and plan for the annual conference in May. I think we had better have her come on. I have written her that I will see you and will write her later. Please return when read.
