My dear Miss Addams:
In view of the legal proceedings instituted by the utility corporations here in Denver against Mr. O'Higgins and me, I am taking the liberty to acquaint some of my friends outside with the local situation, trusting I may not impose upon them; and I am enclosing a copy of letter I have written to Mr. Post, together with some local newspaper clippings. There will be an effort made by the public service corporations here to try and discredit me and our story throughout the country.
