My dear Miss Addams,

After diligently inquiring of those attending the W.I.L. Congress, I have found one only who has heard of Mobilization Day.

The World Tomorrow ↑(May number)↓ in a paragraph "Not in the Headlines" -- brings up the matter in connection with World Day.

The plan is so insidiously worked out; in spite of program rights to the allotted time, would it not be fitting to bring this matter to the congress, that U.S. members particularly may be warned? Your fine discussion as to procedure will guide many.

The duplicate is for hanging up if desired.

With earnest good will,

Fanny H. Stocking
