My dear Emily Balch --

Mr. Das challenged me at the dinner the other evening because we had no native Indian women in our section and sent me the [enclosed?] list. I am sending it on to you in case anything can be done before July, it would have to be done from Geneva.

I have written him suggesting that he start what he can.
