My dear Miss Addams:
In the suit of the State Bank of Chicago vs. [Cory], Hull House, United Charities and others; the bill for the construction of the will is necessary because the estate consists in part of real estate. If you wish us to we will enter the appearance of Hull House Association with that of United Charities and keep you advised from time to time.
I am sending this letter in duplicate so you can forward one to Mr. Pond and obtain his advice should you so desire.
Yours very truly,
Mitchell D. Follansbee [signed]
