Dear Miss Addams,

I send you three papers by Dr Helen Boyle, which will give your medical friends some idea of the interest of her work and the standard she takes in ↑the↓ scientific and medical world.

I have not heard from Messrs Pond, though a considerable number of American letters have reached me. I wonder whether you have been so good as to take the matter up ↑with↓ him, and what success you have had?

Mr. G. Arnold Shaw of Grand Central Terminal, New York has written to say [page 2] he would like to be my agent, but of course I have not replied as you had been so good as to undertake to communicate with Messrs Ponds, on my behalf.

Yours affectionately,

Henrietta O Barnett [signed]

↑You will appreciate Dr Helen Boyle I am sure.↓
