My dear Miss Addams:
I enclose herewith proposed amendments to the constitution of Survey Associates, Inc. which were brought up at the meeting of the Board of Directors on Feb. 9th, 1920. By the terms of our constitution these [amendments] can be made immediately effective if they are signed by three-quarters of the members of the Board.
Mr. DeForest has signed the amendments as you will see by the attached sheet, and by his direction I am sending them to the other members of the Board. If you approve of them, will you kindly sign the enclosed sheet under Mr. DeForest's name and return to me at your earliest convenience?
I enclose also minutes of the meeting of the Board and copies of the various reports which were presented.
