The enclosed paragraphs give the training and equipment of the two new members of the editorial staff of the Survey this fall -- Miss Shaw as assistant managing editor and Mr. Chenery to succeed Mr. Fitch, who in June definitely severed his connection with the Survey to give full time to the New York School for Social Work.
