Biographical Text

Caroline L. Hunt was a scientific assistant in the U.S. Office of Home Economics. Professor in Wisconsin. She wrote articles on food, such as "More Conscience for the Consumer," "Cheese and its economical uses in diet," and "Preparing home-canned vegetables for the table."

Hunt died in 1927.
