Dear Sirs:

As you are probably informed, Mr. Charles F. Kimball of Chicago died on May 15th last leaving a will in which he designated the State Bank of Chicago as executor. The bank has filed its petition for letters testamentary under the will, the hearing on which was set for July 10, 1917, and of which you no doubt have received notice. Your institution being one of the legatees mentioned in the will, the bank has requested me to forward to you a copy of the will so that you may be informed of your rights and the extent of your legacy. A copy of the will is accordingly herewith enclosed.
