Dear Miss Addams:
I do not know any better way of letting you know that I am back at my Survey desk than to send you under separate cover the French and Belgian pamphlets, which rounded out my work for the Red Cross in Paris. The French pamphlet was translated and brought out in a French edition, so that the series of four represents the Survey's [gift] to the American Red Cross in its European work.
