Dear Miss Addams:
While I w'd personally enjoy a meeting with the delegates & a B'd meeting which I suppose w'd be held in connection with it, I think the present prospects of peace too remote to make a meeting of delegates especially valuable; & it might tend to weary them of their function to call them together unnecessarily. Therefore [page 2] I vote for postponem't until December.
