My dear Miss Karsten:

We are in receipt of your letter of the 12th instant, and, desire to say that the matter of reimbursing Miss Addams for her trips to Hot Springs and Denver in the interest of the Food Administration, will be taken up at once and we trust that the delay in securing same will not be very great.

Miss Addams did us the honor of calling upon us while she was in Washington and we do appreciate very much the contribution which she is making in filling engagements for us.
