My dear Mrs. Robins:

I am quite sure Raymond Swing understood the condition of no publicity when I spoke to him about Mr. Robin's letters. I am writing to him, however, to make doubly sure.

Mr. Swing is, as you know, not working for any newspaper now but is making investigations for Colonel House and will very likely be employed by the Commission when it is organized.

Thanking you for your promise to send me more letters, I am

Faithfully yours,

Jane Addams [signed]
