Dear Miss

Neither you [nor] the president of the U.S. can do anything of as much for the well-being of this Country & the World, as to bring about the prevention of the speculation & manipulation in the necessaries of life in the Stock Exchanges.

They are "Hell Holes" of robbery and jobbery -- Reduce the amount of food stuffs that can be held in cold storage & put them under stricter supervision.

Increase the penalty for forming trusts or combinations to raise the price of food of any kind.
