Your article is at the printers. I read it on getting back; and let me tell you how wonderful I think you have strengthened it.

I hope we have been able to turn the Mexican conferences from a protest against war -- the bottom rather dropped out of that, with the shift in governmental relations for the good -- into a constructive plan for enlisting interest in the social up-building of Mexico under the new regime.

Miss Abbott's article is capital. We are much in your debt for arranging it for us.
