February 4th, 1916.
My dear Mrs. Welty:
I have your letter of February the second enclosing a money order for $1.25 to cover the dues of five women wishing to join the Woman's Peace Party. I regret very much that I will have to return this to you as the fees for membership are $1.00 for each individual. I hope very much that it will be possible for all of the ladies to join with us and that you will find it possible to become a member.
Sincerely yours,
Office Secretary
Mrs. Dora Welty,
3032 W. North Avenue,
Chicago, Illinois.
