My dear Miss Wales: --

I am sending you this copy of the call and will send you other literature later in the day.

I am also enclosing a list of the people who will probably go to The Hague. As you see, the Dutch women plan to call an [armistice] so that your plan would have to be presented and probably fought for. I cannot, of course, speak for the Delegation, but feeling as strongly as you do about the advantages of your plan, I am sure you could put it in such a way that many of us would agree.
