September 18, 1915.
Dear Miss Addams:
The [cooperating] subscribers pay annually and the fiscal year for 1914-15, in which you have not paid such a [cooperating] subscription -- closes on the 30th.
I recall that in one of the earlier years when we let the twelve months slip by without calling it specifically to your attention, you wrote saying that you wanted to be counted in, and sent in a [check] covering two years which brought your subscription up to last September 30.
With this in mind I am sending you this word of reminder now; but want to add that you are of course a continuous member, and that you are giving consecutively in time and energy to The Survey in ways which surely would warrant you in letting this [cooperating] subscription pass in a year when the financial demands on you must, I know, have been unusually heavy.
